Object Gallery Online Archives

The Lahaina Restoration Foundation collections includes artifacts and archives from all eras of Lahaina’s history. From pre-contact Native Hawaiian stone artifacts to mid-century sugar era furnishings, our museums contained so many visual reminders of the past.

We are actively working to recover and restore what we can of those collections after the August 8, 2023 Lahaina wildfire disaster, so that we can once again share them with you.

For now, please enjoy these images of our past collections, and stay tuned for our archives to launch in a fully searchable database soon.

Online Archives:

The LRF Archives feature thousands of documents, including historic maps, family letters, sugar plantation plans, and historic photography that date from the Kingdom of Hawaii era through the plantation era. Hundreds of these documents are available for public viewing on our online database.
