Hawaiian Music Series Presents – Typical Hawaiians

Head to Lahaina on Thursday, August 30th for a FREE live performance by Typical Hawaiians from 6-7:30 pm at the Baldwin Home Museum. Staged on the front lawn of the Baldwin Home, on the corner of Dickenson and Front Streets, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy Hawaiian music on a warm, summer night.

Typical Hawaiians have been on the Hawai’i music scene since 1996.  Their debut album, “In a Positive Vibrations” won the Na Hoku Hanohano Award  for “Reggae Album of the Year” in 2000. Their musical roots are a blend of contemporary Hawaiian music and island reggae. Their success has taken them to locations around the globe, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Tahiti, Europe and US mainland.

Now in its 10th year, the Hawaiian Music Series is sponsored by the Hawaii Tourism Authority and the County of Maui Office of Economic Development. Your attendance, appreciation, and donations at this event ensure Hawaiian culture and arts is shared and celebrated in Lahaina.

Limited seating is provided on the lawn; blankets, mats and low beach chairs are welcome. For more information, call 808-661-3262 or contact us at info@lahainarestoration.org.
